Pets Lifeline Shelter Manager Jen Walker and DumplingThis 3-4 year old Bichon Frise mix was saved from certain death when a concerned citizen called animal control after seeing movement coming from a garbage bag in a garbage dumb.When they tore the garbage bag opened they found a matted dehydrated animal covered in filth.It had been in the bag for a few days. Pets Lifeline stepped in to rescue the dog. He is now named Dumpling
